I evaluate websites, applications, PDFs, Word documents, Google Docs, Pages files, and PowerPoint presentations against WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 requirements.
My testing combines JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, ZoomText, keyboard navigation, refreshable Braille, and structured automated review.

Assistive technology in practice
At the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, I supported students through assistive technology, Braille, individualized instruction, evaluation, progress documentation, and collaboration with families and educational teams.
Additional work included accessibility audits, document evaluation, workshops, staff guidance, and technical troubleshooting.

I completed the full Deque University accessibility curriculum, covering WCAG 2.2, accessible UX, semantic structure, forms, JavaScript and ARIA, screen readers, mobile and document accessibility, ADA, Section 508, testing, and program management.
B.A. in Social & Behavioral Sciences in progress at California State University Monterey Bay, with three units remaining. A.A. in Political Science from Santa Monica College.
Lived perspective
Accessibility beyond conformance
As a former USA Men’s National Goalball Team athlete, I represented the United States at the Paralympic level and supported blindness awareness, youth recruitment, veterans, and inclusive recreation.
That experience informs how I connect technical requirements with practical, independent access.
